PhD positions

The application should include a cover letter, CV, transcript of records (B.Sc. and M.Sc.), and contact details to request two references. You need a Master’s degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry. Previous practical experience in either synthetic organic chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, photochemistry, structural biology, protein engineering, biocatalysis, enzyme design, directed evolution, or (metallo-)enzymology will be of benefit.

Talented and motivated postdoc applicants with a strong background in either organic chemistry, bioinorganic chemistry, photochemistry, enzymology, structural biology, computational protein design, protein engineering, or biocatalysis are encouraged to contact Prof. Dr. Cathleen Zeymer by e-mail. Postdocs are expected to apply for fellowships, such as TUM, MSCA, HFSP, EMBO or Humboldt. Of course, we will support you with the application and write the grant proposal together with you.
