15-17 additional talks will be selected by the organizing committee from the submitted abstracts.

 

Notification of abstracts selected for short talks will be sent 3-4 weeks before the meeting.

The Registration fee covers everything from dinner on October 23th to breakfast on October 27th including registration, full board and loging except your expenses at the bar.

Graduate students/postdocs 1.000 €
Academic PIs/Staff scientists 1.300 €
Corporate participants 1.800 €

Notification of acceptance
Upon registering online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you can assume you are accepted. A formal accpetance once you have received an e-mail with payment information (within a few weeks after registration) and payment has been received.


Venue and Accommodation

Abbey Seeon

 

Everyone will stay on site or within walking distance. All meals will be taken there. Talks and posters will be presented there. More information can be found here.

Graduate students and postdocs may have to share a room (preferred roommates can be indicated upon registration).

All rooms have internet access.

Space

The number of participants is limited to encourage an interactive environment. Spouses, kids, friends are welcome provided there is enough space (rooms are limited). You can indicate your wishes in the online registration form.


Travel

We suggest that you fly into Munich Airport (MUC). We will organize a shuttle bus service from the airport to Seeon.

 

The closest railway stations are Prien am Chiemsee and Bad Endorf (about ½ hour from Seeon). From there you can continue via taxi or bus to Seeon.


Program

October 23rd Wednesday Meeting starts with dinner at 7 pm, followed by a keynote lecture
October 24th Thursday  
October 25th Friday  
October 26th Saturday  
October 27th Sunday Breakfast and departure

 

A final program will be released a few days before the meeting.


Posters

There will be 2 poster sessions with sufficient space for everyone to show a poster. No particular format.
